The Client

Saint Vincent Health System (SVHS) is a nationally recognized 500 bed hospital located in North-Western, PA that specializes in Heart and Vascular care (#1 in PA), Orthopedic Surgery, and Women's Health.

The Situation

SVHS is located in a competitive environment and has a strong need to leverage the internet in the most effective manner possible. The hospital required a firm to deliver a wide range of display and search engine marketing techniques, fix and manage their Google maps listings, mitigate conversion issues that were taking place, and deliver intelligence on unique events that take place on their website.

The Solution

Myriad Core (MC) designed and deployed a vast array of internet marketing campaigns utilizing large content and display networks, search engine results pages, and remarketing networks.

MC worked with the hospital to identify which online listings were inaccurate or not present and validated many existing and new listings with Google providing an updated web presence for the Hospital and may of its physician groups.

Through custom website intelligence, MC identified obstructive bottlenecks in the Hospital's online scheduling forms, such as their online mammogram scheduling, and optimized the process for the user.

After SVHS launched their interactive Heart and Vascular micro-site, the Hospital had no way of measuring which videos were being watched and which doctor's profiles were being interacted with. MC established custom Event Tracking for the Hospital and continues to deliver top-level intelligence to Leadership outlining exactly the specific information that they requested.

The Results

• The Hospital's website traffic is up 30% year over year due to over 2,000,000 advertising impressions delivered online

• Google map traffic increased 51.99% year over year and now accounts for 58% of the Hospital's Google traffic

• The amount of website visitors that are completing scheduling forms has Quadrupled year over year
